Placed under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Concert for Tolerance returns to its audience, Saturday, November 12, 2022 on the beach of Agadir, for a great live show and the recording of an exceptional television show that will be broadcast on a bouquet of channels in Morocco, France and internationally.
After two years of interruption due to the health crisis, the Concert for Tolerance is finally back in Agadir with the slogan “Our differences are a wealth”.
Created in 2005, this great intercultural event has established itself over the years as the essential musical event celebrating tolerance, openness and living together. Its notoriety and its media visibility carry the colors of Morocco high and enhance its identity as a land of welcome and sharing, at the confluence of cultures.
Produced by Electron Libre, in partnership with the City of Agadir, M6 and 2M, the event promotes the meeting between Moroccan and French artists, many of whom have a particular affinity, family or friendship, with Morocco and Africa.
Thus an exceptional Franco-Moroccan line-up will be gathered for a magnificent evening of celebration with the presence of Patrick Bruel, Douzi, Gims, Claudio Capéo, Manal, Abi, Christophe Willem, Mentissa, Ridsa, Chimène Badi, and many others, who will offer unique performances in a spirit of sharing.
As in every edition of Concert for Tolerance, the live show will start at dusk on the beautiful beach and cornice of Agadir. Open to all and entirely free, it should gather up to 200,000 spectators.
The televised show will be filmed in live conditions thanks to the technical means of 2M which will also ensure the retransmission soon. The Concert will then be broadcast by partner channels: on M6, co-producer of the event, but also on W9, available on DTT, cable and satellite and through the international network of TV5 Monde. The Concert also benefits from an important media coverage both in France and in Morocco.
The Concert for Tolerance could not take place without the active support of the authorities of the city of Agadir and the local population who give it an outstanding welcome at each edition.
The event is co-organized by the Association for Tolerance, based in Agadir and gathering the representatives of the Moroccan institutional partners of the event: Royal Air Maroc, Moroccan National Office of Tourism, Regional Council of Tourism of Agadir Souss Massa, SAPS Taghazout Bay, all the hoteliers of Agadir as well as many sponsors.
