The 11th edition of the International Date Exhibition in Morocco (SIDATTES 2022) closed its doors this Sunday, October 30, 2022 after four days of activities in Erfoud province of Errachidia, Tafilalet region. This ceremony was placed under the High Patronage of H.M. King Mohammed VI, on the theme “The integrated management of natural resources: for sustainability and resilience of the oasis ecosystem.
The date exhibition (SIDATTES 2022) was chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohammed Sadiki, in the presence of several civil and local authorities, and experts in the agricultural field.
More than 80,000 visitors in this 11th edition of the International Date Exhibition in Morocco (SIDATTES 2022), the latter is deployed over an area of 40,000 sqm and was organized into 6 Poles, namely the regions pole, the institutional and sponsors pole, the international pole, the Rahba pole, the local products pole and the agro-supplies pole.
In parallel with the activities of the exhibition dates, the last day there were cultural and musical events in the center of Erfoud.
The exhibition of Dates is one of the famous festivals in Morocco, it takes place every year in Morocco in the town of Erfoud, region in the heart of Tafilalet. It is celebrated on the last weekend of October and lasts three days. During these three days, there are many activities organised around the city. There are concerts, exhibitions, competitions, and even a parade.
